oh yess!!! we got a new puppy, we adopted him from the animal shelter:)
his name is leo... love him , too cute xoxo
the kids adore him..

so I know it has been a really long time since I posted anything, sorry about that;) my bad...... so carrying on a few weeks ago my friend Donnae came to visit me in NYC from texas, and it was an amazing couple of days with her, we even stuck to our bet and both got tattoo's! yes!!!! and it's true, ink is addictive, because now i want more!

christmas in america was really different, not being with the family and all was a big change, but I really enjoyed my christmas, spent it with a couple of friends, and then on boxing day (26th dec) we got blessed with a lovely white winter which turned into a horrible blizzard and ppl were stuck all over the city, trains were delayed for days and eventually stopped running, but atleast i had my white christmas=) and guess what its snowing again!!!!

GREAT NEWS!!!! on tuesday my cousin is flying up from south africa to come visit!! so excited because my last day of work is on monday and then im done!!! its crazy how fast its gone by and i love BROOKLYN and NEW YORK CITY!!! next saturday my cousin and i are making our way to california, escape the cold for abit, and kick it old school<3 so lets hold thumbs that the snow goes away for a while, so no flights get cancelled!!!

so today i finally booked my flight home, guys this really does suck some wicked stuff, i will be leaving new york city on the 26th of january 2011!!! =( i think my day was officially ruined, but like the saying goes, you can take me out of new york, but you can't take new york out of me=) haha, though don'y you worry i will be back, even if it is the last thing i do, i can't leave my crazy awesome friends here to have fun without me, now can i???

and this last weekend i spent in boston, massachusettes! it was really fun, and was great to hang out somewhere else for a change! we went sight seeing and walked around alot because everything is really close, and harvard students really dont dress the way i thought they would......i mean you'd expect them to dress neat and stuff, but only a few of em do, else they look like everyone else haha. but yeah i would really like to go back to boston for a weekend with the girls=) on a side note, we put our dog katie down on sunday, she was really ill and old, so may her soul rest in peace.....

and yes the time has come for winter to return, which means it's nearly time for me to go home! it,s starting to get really cold this side of the world, but atleast todays a great day right? besides the fact that lacey and i decided we're gonna go cylce over the brooklyn bridge and on our way home, i did something really stupid, ended up falling off my bike and she (lacey) was nearly wetting her pants on the side of the road laughing at me hahaha=) just great, but until next time, bon voyage!
